We want to ensure customer satisfaction! In the unlikely event that you unsatisfied with your item, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process returns/ exchanges.
You can initiate a returns by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or exchanges by emailing us at email@example.com. All items must be accepted before being shipped. Any items sent without previous approval will not be processed. All items returned or exchanged must be sent back unworn and in all original packaging.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
