If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, returned, or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees or failure to comply with your local import regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and ensure timely payment of any applicable import charges to avoid issues with delivery. A refund will not be provided in cases where the package is lost or undelivered due to unpaid tariffs or duties.
